No one wants to make a call to their insurance firm simply because we know that we are going to be on hold for hours upon hours, a lot of folk have had a bad experience with calling a company up that they have signed an agreement with.

I mean if you call up the sales department they will answer your call straight away because they simply do not want to miss out on business. But if you then try to ring the support team they will end up keeping you on hold forever.

Well what occurred to me was that I had to ring my insurance firm to sort out some incorrect details on my policy, so I sat down one afternoon and rang the number. Well after around 15 minutes I still had not managed to get through the automated service. Five minutes later I got through to the line, but no way was anyone going to answer.
