How do I call a mobile from Skype without having to buy credits?

I want to call one of my skype contacts on his mobile phone. He’s called me on mine before, but it keeps telling me to buy credits. I don’t want to buy credits, I just want to call him on his mobile! Anyone can help?

    to bad he is right you can only buy skype credit there is no other way only you have to pay
