How much does it cost to call someone using Skype?

If I’m in France and want to call a mobile phone in the US using Skype, what is the cost to do this?

    2 cents a minute (After VAT), with a connection fee of 0.045 Euro (After VAT).

    The connection fee will be charged once per call.
