How to best use Skype for a Conference Call?

I have a team of myself and 7 others located across the country. We have a weekly conference call of about an hour. Most of the time the employees are in front of their computer and able to use a Skype desktop app, however other times they are out in the field and need to call in from a cell phone.

I want to be able to fund any costs from a central location (me) for budget reasons.

Should I get a Skype Business Account or should I just do it with individual counts? What would the costs be?

Don’t get a Skype business account. Just put money into Skype credit (or subscribe to unlimited) and host calls. They can use microphones over a computer or if they’re in the field you can call their cell phones.
