How to make free calls from Kuwait to USA!?
Whether from my PC, or my landline here in Kuwait. Any suggestions.
Note: Skype as well as many other free calling services companies, are being BLOCKED by the Ministry of Communication. I am told I should go thru Yahoo YM, but don’t think YM supports dialing from country Kuwait.
Yes, SKYPE is illegal there, but yahoo messenger is fine and free. If the person you’re talking to is also on yahoo messenger you can call each other computer to computer, or you can do yahoo phone and call cell phones or landlines from yahoo phone. It’s not free, but it’s very cheap.
I think use a free vpn for unblocking it.

I use skype that is unblocked by the personal VPN all the time. Line quality is great and it works all the time. A side benefit is that it will also unblock web sites

Just get a free VPN account. Has anyone here tried VPN Reactor? They offer free accounts. I have a friend in China who turned me on to them. He said the chinese are really talking about it on twitter. Just google vpn reactor
