    @Patsa2001 No, this is a non-Apple product, made by HTC.

    No one has been able to tell me what the point of an optical trackpad is. Why have one when you can scroll with your fingers?

    @JohnnyZenith It is useful sometimes for precise positioning in text messages etc.

    Could you tell me that the unlock pattern that you set or other features as you have shown in other videos (e.g. having a lot of options while you use the camera to take a photo) is specific to HTC desire or it is because of Android 2.1 OS (That is other Android phones let’s say HTC Legend has it as well or not)? Thanks in advance.

    @siamak14 Not too sure on this one. The unlock featured on my other Android phone, but this was HTC too. Anyone else know?

    @davomrmac the desire supports more than 2 fingers? HTC announced a fix? The HTC Incredible exists or its fake? HTC Evo will release in germany?

    Well, that thing with the “576 MB of RAM for installing Applications” is just wrong. You install apps on the rom, not on the ram. Ram is there to store processes temporarily, not to store them permanantly like “rom”….

    @washingtongato2 In call it is in the call making screen, so no widgets can be accidentally touched. I hope that is what you were looking for as a reply.

    as lovely as the live wallpapers are, did anyone else notice the huge decrease in sense ui’s speed when hes scrolling from screen to screen?

  23. davomrmac
    June 14th, 2010 at 23:06 | #23

    @Cm810 I do notice this from time-to-time. The static wallpapers are a lot snappier.

    @davomrmac
    Thanks for the reply. Realistically, how much battery life can I expect from the phone with average usage. (Bearing in mind I don’t intend to keep 3g on or widgets and apps open in the background). Thanks

    @Cm810 I get the very minimum of a whole day now, sometimes almost two.
