I know with a verizon cell phone you get free calls after 9, but does that include calls from other countries?

I want a friend from canada to call me on my cell phone, but only if it’ll still be free.

    I beleive it is incoming yes…But their could be charge if dialing out of the country…Call verizon to be sure do not take anyword for this …Save money headache& time another possibility could be using a calling card..Whats $5.00 card V.s. 60-$70 in addtional charges good luck..Ohh I think the free calls only apply to domestic calls only..

    no its not!!! unless u have international plan for the extra $20 i think…it could be more. but yes they charge for that
