So i have an i pod touch, and i downloaded skype, so i was curious.. Does it cost money if you call people on a cell phone using Skype on wifi?
The person im trying to call has a PDA with a phone number on it.

I canceled a account linked to skype, re linked a new email which is linked to a paypal account i currently have a band account with in another country., and all i see is this:

Your Skype account is not linked to a PayPal account.
A Skype account will become linked to a PayPal account if it has successfully received money from a Skype contact.

How does a skype contact put money into paypal is what i am scratching my head over here?

I just got skype! and made a call to my cellphone and it worked! But i didn’t put any money on my account. how does this work? is it reverse charges or is calling phones free on skype?
I made 2 calls it still works and it say i have {content}.00 credit and it still works
5 calls and it still works! is this normal? it STILL tells me i have {content}.00 on my account but lets the call go through! im confused!

i don’t want to spend money , so i need a site to let me to do this!
