I was using skype to call from my computer to a cell or landline phone free of charge.
Recently they changed it and now charge to call those phones. It’s like yahoo is now, if you have skype,and someone else has skype, you can talk to anyone anywhere, but calling a cell phone or landline phone, they charge now.
Where can I find a site that offers being able to call with no charges?
